This book is about two friends george and harold. George and Harold create comic books that come to life but in this book george and harold were getting in lots of trouble so they tried to hypnotize their teacher Ms.Ribble but a news article said that when you hypnotize woman they do the exact opposite of what you tell her, so Ms. Ribble turned into wedgie woman and tried to defeat captain underpants but captain underpants defeated her so george and harold told her the exact opposite of what they said when they first hypnotized her so then Ms.Ribble is now one of the best teachers ever.
I recommend this book because it’s an easy book to read and it’s good to read if you're not into reading.
